Any personal data collected by Good Life Tarot will be for the purpose of providing a personalised Tarot reading. No personally identifiable information will be stored by the website administrators once the reading is complete.

This website uses a third party service provider to provide analytical records of users’ activity on the website. The purpose of collecting such data is to keep the website content relevant and engaging for users.
Payment collection done via the website is with a third party service provider. Good Life Tarot does not have direct access to personal information collected from the third party service provider. See “Who we share your data with” section below.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
This website will only ask you to complete your name and email address when you get in touch with the website administrators. Your personal data collected from the website’s contact form will be kept for one year to maintain best customer service. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
Cookies

5. What data we receive from third party sources
Authentication partner: we use ReCaptcha and other third party companies, e.g. Facebook to help keep our spam down and to help you set up an account with Good Life Tarot.
Payment Partner: we use PayPal to process our payments from clients. We are sent information from PayPal to enable us to invoice your purchases and allow payment to proceed.
Analytics
We use third party analytics companies to allow us to focus on making our services and website more relevant and easier to use for our users.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS:
Data Used: This site uses WooCommerce and this feature simultaneously and having all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased. Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events) over to Google Analytics for consumption. Some additional events are also sent to Google Analytics from WooCommerce:
- shopping cart additions and removals
- product listing views and clicks
- product detail views
- Purchases
Tracking for each specific WooCommerce event may be enabled by Good Life Tarot in the future.
YOAST SEO:

6. Who we share your data with
Third Party Links
We may display advertisements from third parties and other content that links to third-party websites. We cannot control or be held responsible for third parties’ privacy practices and content. If you click on a third-party advertisement or link, please understand that you are leaving the GLT Service and any personal data you provide will not be covered by this Policy. To maintain safe web browsing and transactions on the website for Good Life Tarot customers, the following companies will scan and access some personal information of the users accessing this website. WORDPRESS: the platform Good Life Tarot uses to publish their site. WordPress do not collect any personal data. If you request a password reset for your account, your IP address will be included in the reset email, WordPress privacy policy.

7. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with the GLT Service and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the GLT Service, making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
If you request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as the following:

Video Reading Recordings
Good Life Tarot may, at your option, provide video conference Tarot readings through third party platforms or hosts, such as Skype, Viber, Zoom, or WhatsApp. These video readings may from time to time be recorded. If a video reading is recorded, you will be given notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though extra charges may apply. Before consenting to a video reading, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with Good Life Tarot.
By commencing a video reading, you are consenting to the terms herein. Also, use of the third party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record video readings without express, written permission from Good Life Tarot. If you would like to record your video tarot reading, please ask Good Life Tarot before doing so.
Confidentiality of Information Submitted Electronically.
While Good Life Tarot exercises reasonable efforts to maintain your confidentiality, electronic communications over the Internet are not always secure. Good Life Tarot has no control over what third parties might do with electronically transmitted personal information. Please be mindful of that when using this website or e-mailing Good Life Tarot. It is not Good Life Tarot’s responsibility to guarantee or warrant the security or confidentiality of any information you transmit electronically. 12. How we protect your data
What data breach procedures we have in place
A data breach is when there is unauthorised access to data, usually by computer hackers. In this case, there is a risk of data being passed onto other companies/agents who are likely to use the data in an illegal manner. Another example of a data breach is where there is data being stored or transferred without encryption.
Good Life Tarot uses secure encryption programmes on their website and messaging system. No personal data is stored in Good Life Tarot’s records. Personal data submitted to Good Life Tarot is held by the relevant third party company depending on what service a customer is using. For example, payment records for Tarot readings are stored by our financial agent, PayPal. There is regular maintenance of the website whereby the programmes and apps used by Good Life Tarot are kept up-to-date to ensure maximum security.
Every administrative user at Good Life Tarot is authorised to access only the information they require to fulfil their employment duties. Each user has their own unique username and password. All devices used to access Good Life Tarot’s administrative data are password-secure or more depending on the device used. Multi-factor authentication is in place for users to login.
