If you haven’t already, we first recommend getting in touch with Good Life Tarot directly. This allows the reader to discuss your question and decide on the best Tarot spread before payment. This is to ensure that you can receive the most accurate and useful advice from the cards.

Once you and the Tarot reader have agreed on what reading is most suitable, you can then pay for the reading. For more information on the payment process go to the section “How can I pay for a reading?” below.

Payment for a Tarot reading is done via Good Life Tarot’s website. Visit the shop and select the reading you would like. We accept PayPal payments for online and email readings. Once your payment has been received, the reader will get in touch with you regarding when to expect completion of your reading. For online live readings, the reader will discuss with you when you would like to book your reading after payment is received.

For in-person Tarot readings, you will still need to pay in advance before the reading is done. The reader will discuss with you when and where you wish to have the reading before you need to pay.

For parties and large events, please discuss with the reader your requirements before paying.

No. Good Life Tarot does not offer refunds.

The reader should have already discussed your question and the appropriate type of reading with you before payment. If you are not happy with the proposed reading format, then please let the reader know.

To get the most out of your reading, it is worthwhile spending a little bit of time on what your question is beforehand.

General questions, such as “What is going to happen in the next six months?“, or “Will I change jobs?” is not helpful if you want to get specific, helpful insights into your situation. The first question is too vague as the aspect of the person’s life under question is not being asked. Is it your work, love, or spiritual life you are wanting to find out about?

The second question is also not helpful to gain valuable insight, as most people will change jobs at least once in their lives. Do you want to change the actual job, change careers, or get a promotion?

The answers to both questions will likely be short answers or yes/no. These short answers may suit some people, but most of us would also be interested to know if there is anythingelse  that needs to be done to realise their potential.

What will give specific, valuable insight and advice to the afore-mentioned questions is adding more detail to the question. For example, the first question can be re-worded to “What can I expect in my job/career in the next six months?” or “What do I need to know about my current job/new job/change in career in the next six months?“

The second question can be re-worded to “What can I expect if I change job/career?” or “What type of job/career would be aligned with my higher good?”

At Good Life Tarot, the reader can help you with rewording your question when you enquire, but reflecting on your situation beforehand will help you too. There may be a reason(s) why you are looking at changing jobs or your career. For example, work politics making you stressed and unhappy, to just not feeling fulfilled or appreciated enough (paid enough) in your current job. 

Spending a little bit of time before having a reading is so important to get the most out of a reading.

For the reader to give you the clearest and most useful reading, it is common practice for the reader to ask you some clarifying information on any relevant aspects of your situation. Please don’t get upset if the reader wants to delve into aspects of your situation which you may think is not important to your problem or question. 

The extra clarifying information the reader asks for will help them to make the reading more personalised and useful to you. By gaining a better understanding of what has happened to you and what is happening now, will allow the reader to better interpret your reading and give you more appropriate advice.

Good Life Tarot takes your personal information seriously. All email sent from us is through encrypted channels via our email provider. Email and audio readings are saved on a password-protected cloud drive (Google) with the link sent to you. Only people with the link can access your reading.

The Tarot reader is bound to their code of ethics, which covers all aspects of their conduct regarding giving Tarot readings.
